Where we ship

We currently ship throughout the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. Somewhere else? Email team@myfilini.com and we will do our best to find a way.

Delivery times

Austria: 1-2 business days
European Union: 2-5 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 3-5 business days
Norway and Iceland: 4-7 business days

Business days, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you press pay.

Methods and costs

We offer standard and express shipping. Enter your address at checkout and the available methods, costs and time frames will appear before you pay.

VAT and taxes

European Union: Prices include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland: prices are shown without VAT. Local import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Every order is tracked, and your tracking number arrives with your shipping confirmation email once the parcel is on its way.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel goes missing or turns up worse for wear, email team@myfilini.com with your order number and we will look into it and sort it out as quickly as we can. Keep your confirmation email: it doubles as proof of purchase.
