Filini FlexCo ("Filini", "we", "us", "our") is registered in Austria (Firmenbuchnummer FN 678205 k, Rathausstrasse 25, 6900 Bregenz) and operates this store and website (the "Services"). This policy sets out how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our site or buy from us. We are the data controller for that information. If anything here is unclear, email team@myfilini.com and we will explain it properly.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address.
  • Payment information: transaction details and payment confirmation. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Preferences: marketing preferences and anything you tell us about sizing or products you like.
  • Order history: items viewed, bought, returned or exchanged.
  • Messages: whatever you include when you write to us.
  • Device and usage: IP address, browser type, and how you move around the Services.

What we use it for

  • Processing and fulfilling your orders, including shipping and returns
  • Managing your order and talking to you about it
  • Sending marketing emails, where you have said yes to them
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, and keeping transactions secure
  • Meeting our legal obligations under Austrian and EU law
  • Improving the Services and making them more relevant

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

  • Contract: fulfilling your order and dealing with returns, exchanges and questions about it.
  • Legitimate interests: preventing fraud, keeping the site working well, and marketing to existing customers. You can object to this at any time.
  • Consent: email marketing, and cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can withdraw consent whenever you like.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting and other requirements under Austrian and EU law.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, our platform provider, to run the store
  • Shipping and logistics providers, including Sendcloud and the carriers who deliver your parcel
  • Payment processors, to handle transactions securely
  • Marketing platforms, including Klaviyo, where you have consented to marketing
  • Accounting and compliance providers
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal data. Not to anyone, not ever.

International transfers

Some of the providers above operate outside the European Economic Area, which means your information may be transferred there. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your personal data
  • Restrict how we process it
  • Port it to you or someone else in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Stop processing based on legitimate interests, and stop direct marketing at any time
  • Withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on

Email team@myfilini.com to use any of these. We will reply within one month, and will tell you if we need longer because the request is complex.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority, or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.
